RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team within the specified return period to request a return authorization.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
• Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 15 days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
